Look after your website from the same login as your customers

In re:praesent your website sits in the same app as your inquiries, deals and tasks. From the Website section you can open your site, see its updates, and reach the cookie banner and search settings, without remembering a separate address and password. It is meant for owners and staff who are not full-time web people.
The small fix that waits three weeks
The opening hours on your website are wrong. You know it. A customer has already mentioned it.
To change them you would need the address of the site’s admin area, a password you last used in spring, and the courage to click around a system you open twice a year. So the fix waits.
Most owners we talk to work like this. The day happens in one place: inquiries, calls, appointments. The website lives somewhere else, behind a different login, and it only gets attention when something is clearly broken.
What the Website section gives you
Since July 2026 the website has its own section in the app, next to Today, Customers, Deals and Results.
- Open your website’s own admin area from the app when you need it, without keeping a separate address.
- See updates for the add-ons your site uses.
- Reach the cookie banner settings.
- Reach the settings that affect how your pages appear in search.
One team, one place to look. The person who answers inquiries in the morning can correct a line on the website in the afternoon, without asking who has the password.
How it works day to day
Most days you will not open the Website section at all. That is the point. Your daily work stays on Today, Customers and Deals.
When something about the site does need attention, it is one step away. You do not switch to another program and you do not log in a second time.
Behind this is the fact that we run the website for you. Hosting, the system your site runs on and the tools on it are part of the service, as described on how it works. The Website section is your window onto that work.
Who it suits, and what it does not do
It suits a shop, a studio, a practice or a trade business where nobody has web work in their job title.
It does not turn you into a web designer, and it does not ask you to become one. If you want a new page, a new layout or a larger change, you ask us. Support comes from a person, by email, phone or video call, in English, German or French.
It is also not a second website builder. The site is still edited in its own editor. What changes is that you reach it from the place where you already work.
What it costs
It is part of the re:praesent package: €300 a year or €30 a month, everything included, with no fee per user. The full list is on the pricing page.
A new website or a major upgrade costs €1,000 once. Moving an existing site from a compatible system is free. If you are comparing this with a separate website contract and a separate CRM, the tool where your customers and deals are kept, the comparison page sets the two side by side.
