The basics
What is re:praesent?
re:praesent is a managed website and customer management service for small businesses. You get a website we host and maintain, business email, and one app where every inquiry, customer, deal and task lives. It costs €300 a year.
Who is it for?
Shops, studios, practices and trades with a team of one to about twenty people. Local stores, kitchen and furniture showrooms, electricians, clinics and online shops use it.
Who makes it?
Dendrite Corp. We have built websites and software for small businesses for ten years.
Which languages do you work in?
We speak English, German and French with our customers. The app is available in English, German, French and Dutch.
Price and contract
How much does it cost?
€300 a year, or €30 a month, with everything included. There is no fee per user.
Is there a setup fee?
Not if we move an existing site from a compatible system. A new website or a major upgrade costs €1,000 once.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. You pay monthly or yearly and there is no long-term commitment. The website stays yours if you leave.
Can I buy only some parts?
No. It is one package, because the parts work together. Extras and custom work can be added on top.
Your website
What happens to my existing website?
We move it. Sites on a compatible system transfer at no charge. Your current site stays online until the new one is ready.
Will I lose my Google ranking when the site moves?
We list every address on your current site and rebuild each one, so Google finds the same pages in the same places. Main headlines and key sentences are carried over. Then we submit the new sitemap to Google Search Console.
How long does setup take?
Most setups are finished within two weeks.
Can I change the site myself?
Yes. You can change words and pictures. If you would rather not, small content updates are an optional extra.
Data and support
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Europe, Canada or Australia, matching your market and its data protection rules. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How do I reach support?
By email, phone or video call. You speak to a person.
Who owns our Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console and Ads accounts?
You do. Ownership and admin access stay with you. If an account does not exist yet, we create it and hand it over. That setup is part of the optional managed advertising package.
