2 · Outcome

You call. You say how it went.

Reached them, no answer, not interested. One tap, a short note if you like, and a day to call again. You always know who is still waiting.

It becomes a deal.

What is re:praesent?

re:praesent is a managed website and customer management service for small businesses. You get a website we host and maintain, business email, and one app where every inquiry, customer, deal and task lives. It costs €300 a year.

What is included in the price?

The website and its hosting, business email on your domain, inquiry forms, the customer book with deals and tasks, online booking, translations, visitor numbers, the cookie banner and the phone app. Advertising, regular content updates and social posts are optional extras. See pricing.

Can I buy only some parts?

No. It is one package, because the parts work together: your website feeds your inquiries, and your inquiries feed your results. Extras and custom work can be added on top.

What happens to my existing website?

We move it. Sites on a compatible system transfer at no charge. Your current site stays online until the new one is ready.

Will I lose my Google ranking when the site moves?

We list every address on your current site and rebuild each one, so Google finds the same pages in the same places. Main headlines and key sentences are carried over. Then we submit the new sitemap to Google Search Console.

Can I try it before I talk to anyone?

Yes. Open the live demo at my.repraesent.com/demo, pick a kind of business, and you get a working copy with sample data. No sign-up, no email. It deletes itself after two hours.

How long does setup take?

Most setups are finished within two weeks.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Europe, Canada or Australia, matching your market and its data protection rules. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. You pay monthly or yearly and there is no long-term commitment. The website stays yours if you leave.

How do I reach support?

By email, phone or video call. You speak to a person, in English, German or French.

Who owns our Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console and Ads accounts?

You do. Ownership and admin access stay with you. If an account does not exist yet, we create it and hand it over. That setup is part of the optional managed advertising package.
