Every inquiry from your website lands in one list

The inquiries list in re:praesent: everyone who asked, newest first, with Call, WhatsApp and Email beside each person.

In re:praesent, every inquiry from your website form goes straight into one list that your whole team can see, with the time it arrived, where it came from and who is looking after it. Inquiries that reach you by phone or in person can be added by hand to the same list, so nothing depends on one person’s inbox or memory.

Where inquiries get lost

A customer fills in the form on your website on Friday evening. The message goes to the shared info@ address. On Monday three people have seen it and each assumes another has answered.

A second customer rings while you are with someone in the shop. You write the number on a pad. A third sends a message to a colleague’s personal phone.

None of this is carelessness. The inquiries simply arrive in different places, and no single place shows all of them. By the time someone replies, the customer has often booked elsewhere.

That is why this was one of the first parts of re:praesent we released, in March 2026. Before deals or advertising matter, every inquiry has to arrive in one reliable place.

What it does

  • Forms on your website create an inquiry in the list by themselves. Nobody copies anything.
  • An inquiry that came by phone or at the counter can be added by hand with the New inquiry button.
  • Each inquiry shows when it arrived, its source and who in the team has it.
  • The whole team sees the same list, in a table or as columns you can drag cards between.
  • The Today page shows who is still waiting for a reply.

The source is written in plain words, for example Website form, Booking or Added by hand. So you can tell at a glance how a person found you.

How a normal day looks

  1. You open Today in the morning. It tells you how many people are waiting on you.
  2. You call or write to the first person from the inquiry itself.
  3. The app asks how it went: Reached them, No answer, Not interested, or Fake or spam.
  4. If you reached them and there is business to be done, you turn the inquiry into a deal. The name, phone number and email come along. Nobody types them again.

If there was no answer, you can set a day to call again, and the person stays on your list until you have dealt with them.

You can also choose to receive an email for every new inquiry. It is set up under Settings, together with who in the team should hear about it.

What it does not do

It does not read your personal phone or your private messages. An inquiry that arrives outside the website has to be added by hand. That takes a few seconds, but someone has to do it.

It also does not answer customers for you on this screen. It makes sure you know that somebody is waiting.

What it costs

Inquiry forms and the inquiry list are part of the normal package: €300 a year or €30 a month, with no fee per user. See pricing, or read how it works from the first inquiry to the finished deal.

Questions

Do I have to copy inquiries from my email into the app?

No. Inquiries sent through the forms on your website appear in the list on their own.

What about customers who phone or walk in?

You add them by hand with the New inquiry button. They then sit in the same list as the website inquiries.

Can my whole team see the inquiries?

Yes. The list is shared by the team, and each inquiry shows who is looking after it. There is no fee per user.

Can I bring in an existing list?

Yes. The Inquiries screen has an Import CSV option that reads a file and matches its columns to the inquiry fields.
