Website visitor numbers without cookies, next to your inquiries

re:praesent shows how many people visited your website, where they came from and which pages they looked at. The counting is done by Plausible, which needs no cookies, so visitors who decline cookies are still counted. The numbers sit in the same app where you already look at your inquiries, with no second login.
Why the usual numbers are hard to trust
You put an advert in the local paper last month and you would like to know whether it brought anyone to the website. So you open the statistics, if you can remember the password.
The figure you see there is often too low. Many counting tools only count visitors who click accept on the cookie notice. Everyone who declines disappears from the report. What worked last month becomes a guess.
There is also the practical side. A separate statistics tool means another login, another supplier, and another conversation about data protection.
What it does
We added visitor numbers to re:praesent in April 2026. They come from Plausible, a counting service built around privacy. It does not set cookies.
- How many people visited your website, and how many pages they looked at.
- Where they came from, for example a search engine, another website or an advert.
- Which pages they looked at most.
- A short summary on the first screen, and a detail page when you want more.
Because the figures are in the same app as your inquiries, you see both sides together: how many people saw you, and how many contacted you.
How you use it day to day
Most owners do not need to look every day. Once a week or once a month is enough.
Open Results. It puts the period into one sentence: how many people saw you, how many reached out, how many became customers and what you earned. You can switch between the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and 12 months.
Below that is a table called Where they came from. It lists each source with the same figures. That is the table to read after you have paid for an advert or changed something on the website.
One honest note, which the app also shows: the number of people who saw you adds website visitors and people your adverts reached. Someone who did both is counted twice.
What it does not do
It does not tell you who a visitor was. No names, no personal profiles. It counts visits.
It is not a tool for marketing specialists who want to build their own reports. It is made to answer the questions an owner asks: are people finding us, from where, and is it turning into business.
If you belong to a brand with many locations, the brand can see the same kind of numbers added up across its partner stores. Your own view stays your own.
What it costs
Visitor numbers without cookies are included in the package: €300 a year or €30 a month, everything included. You do not buy a separate statistics product. See pricing, or what the package covers for your business.
